Shipping Policy:
• All orders are generally shipped the same day but can take 24 - 48 hours of receipt depending on volume of orders, providing the merchandise is in stock.
• All orders processed during non-business hours will be pulled and shipped the next business day following.
• Orders shipped via Canada Post, Purolator and UPS, HCC has the right to decide final shipping method.
• Ground Shipping is usually 1 - 7 Days to most Major Shipping Centers, rural areas may take longer
All packages are shipped with Signature Required. If you want it drop shipped you must put it in the notes section of your order or email us at sales@happycrafters.ca and we can ship with no signature reuqired
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return and either make an exchange or issue you a refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Products must be returned in the original, unopened packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Please check your items before opening to make sure they are what you need for your project.
Apparel may be subject to restocking charges.
Please use the following instructions for a return:
• Please contact Sales@happycrafters.ca for a return material authorization (RMA) number.
• Write the RMA on the return label.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the person making the return, unless the incorrect product was shipped to you. If product is damaged upon receipt, the recipient would not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Please hold onto your return shipping receipt, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process a refund for the returned product(s) or ship a replacement product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
• We do not accept returns on custom orders or clearance items.
